Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • The ordered product/s will be delivered within 7 working days,provided there is no discrepancy or emergency situation that has been notified to us by the logistics partner
  • In an event of non-delivery on account of any mistake by customer (i.e. wrong name or address) an extra charge shall be claimed from the customer during the re-delivery.
  • Partial or damaged delivery of product needs to be reported within 2 working days of the receipt of the product.
  • Delivery of orders would be done on the basis of the address specified. So take extra care while providing the address during the confirmation of the order. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Deals By AVA)

If you wish to cancel the order owing to delay in dispatch from our end, late delivery or non delivery then you can simply write a mail to info@avamerchandising.in mentioning the order details and your order will be cancelled by the back end team. Your refund will be processed within a time period of 10 working days.

After receiving the order if you do not like our product then you must write to us at info@avamerchandising.in or call us at 011 – 47169800 from Mon to Sat between 09:30 AM - 06:00 PM within 48 Hours. You will be given an option to either get the product replaced with a same or a different product.

In case you wish to take up only a refund and do not want to replace with same or different product then you can send the product to our mentioned address through courier or we can arrange a pick up from your address which will take a minimum of 7 days from the date of confirmation at your end provided there is no discrepancy or emergency situation that has been notified to us by the logistics partner. Once we receive the product through our logistics partner, we will intimate the accounts team for processing the refund. Refund will be done within a period of 10 working days after deducting the logistic cost

If you receive the product in damage condition, then you can inform us through mail or a call. We will forward the request to the logistics partner to pick up the damaged product from you end. Once we receive the product, the order will be cancelled and we shall process a fresh dispatch within 7 working days. However if you wish to cancel the order then we will consider the same for refund only after proper verification.

Cancellation on customer’s request may not be allowed, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased. All order/sub orders canceled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by customer except for COD/Cheque pay mode, where refund shall be processed via Pay order/Demand-draft.

For reported defects on products with manufacturer's warranty the customer needs to contact the relevant service center of the manufacturer, respectively. AVA shall not be held responsible for any refund claim in such a case from the customer. AVA reserves the right to cancel any order placed using Credit Card which holds International Billing Address. Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

Pre-Order Booking Policy

Delivery Date of Pre-Booking orders will be mentioned on homepage Banner or Product Description . In case any Orders do not get delivered to Customer by our Courier Partner before mentioned delivery date the company will Refund complete Amount to the customer after confirmation.

If Customer wishes to cancel the Pre-Order Booking then the company will Refund to the customer following certain protocols:-

1. Complete Amount will be refunded if Order not dispatched by the company.

2. Amount will be refunded after deducting the Shipping Cost if the product was dispatched by the company.

Replacement Policy (AVA Airport Outlets)

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for more information on our replacement policy.

Replacement Process.

If Product is received in defective or in non-functioning condition then issue must be reported within 48 hrs of purchase.

If product develops any kind of manufacturing defects within warranty period (while using it) then write us to info@avamerchandising.in or call us at our customer support number 011-47169800 from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM (Mon-Sat), a Complaint number will be shared with you then you can visit any of our outlet which are located in 30 major cities airports at arrivals and you can get the replacement within 7 working days after registration of your complaint.(Replacement will be issued after a small verification of product by store manager if found in intact condition) else same will be processed for repairing and you have to drop the product at outlet then you can collect it after repairing or same can also be dispatched to your address.

All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with complete packaging and with all original tags and labels attached.

You can also courier the defective product to our service center (add mentioned below) which is located in New Delhi. Once we receive the product we will dispatch replaced/repaired one at your place.

Lightening Doorstep Service

A pickup and drop facility of defective product can also be arranged at your doorstep at a nominal cost of Rs. 250/200 (Cash on Delivery/Prepaid) where our logistic partner will pick up the defective product and same will be received at our warehouse. Resolution (replacement/repairing) will be provided after verifying the product’s condition then product will be dispatched to your address. This whole procedure would take 15 working days only.

Exchange Policy

Exchange with other product:

Exchange can only be provided within warranty period if complaint product has been discontinued with AVA and exchange can be done with same value or higher value product. If you choose lesser value product then AVA will not be liable to refund the partial amount of the product and if the same is exchanged with higher value product then differential amount need to be paid.

If any product does not meet your expectations then issue must be reported within 24 hrs of purchase only and all returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.( Same differential amount policy will be applicable as mentioned above)

REFUND

No Refund Policy.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or replaced. Products which do not have any warranty against manufacturing defects, Toys, Games and if the same gets damaged while using it.
